Product description
Casing
is designed for horizontal exhaust of air. The fan base is made of galvanised sheet steel; the brackets, grille and screws are also galvanised. The cover and fan housing are made of aluminium sheet. The fan motor is mounted in the airflow. Protective grille to prevent contact.
Impeller
is radial with backward-curved blades. It is made of galvanised steel sheet and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is a special DC EC motor with an external rotor, designed for a supply voltage of 230 V/50 Hz (CRHB) or 400 V/50 Hz (CRHT). Continuous operating temperature: -20 to +40 °C. Ball bearings with lifetime grease lubrication. Protection rating: IP44 (CRHB) or IP54 (CRHT).
Direction of rotation
is possible in one direction only, as indicated by the arrow on the fan housing. The fan control does not allow the direction of rotation to be changed.
Terminal block
with a test switch is located on the fan housing. The internal terminal block has connection terminals for speed control, sensor-controlled regulation, and for setting and reading operating values. The protection rating is IP55.
Speed control
The fan can be operated in 4 basic modes, which can be selected using the switches on the control unit’s circuit board. The first mode maintains a constant pressure in the ducting based on the integrated sensor. The other modes allow for continuous automatic regulation to a constant air flow rate, a proportional mode, or a ventilation mode with two selectable operating characteristics: min./max. The control unit allows the connection of signals from external devices (CO2 sensors, temperature and relative humidity sensors), and an external
pressure sensor with a transducer and a 0–10 V or 4–20 mA output. The control system supports Modbus-RTU control. The Ecowatt Plus SPCM-WS module allows you to connect a smartphone to Wi-Fi and easily configure the fan via a web application. The module is not included in the scope of delivery.
Variants
CRHB/T-N1 Ecowatt Plus – the system is based on the use of modern components for DCV systems (demand-controlled ventilation). These are fans with microprocessor control, a built-in differential pressure sensor, an EC motor (electronically commutated), electrically operated exhaust disc valves, CO2 sensors, relative humidity sensors, and programmable timers for controlling the exhaust disc valves.
CRHB/T-N Ecowatt – a simpler version of the fan with an EC motor; the fan does not include a control module for constant pressure or flow. The fan is controlled solely by a 0–10 V control voltage.
Noise
emitted by the fan is specified in the tables. The values are measured at a distance of 4 m on the discharge side in a horizontal direction.
