PBB/4-450 portable axial flow fan

Cabinet

The cabinet is made of steel sheet, coated with black polyester lacquer, the screws are electroplated. The cabinet is equipped with a surge suction nozzle and protective grille according to EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-80 and is mounted on a stand made of steel tubes. The cabinet can be rotated according to the air flow direction after loosening the nuts.

Running wheel

The impeller is made of glass fibre reinforced thermoplastic. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. The rotation of the blades is set by the manufacturer.

Motor

Motor is asynchronous with resistive armature, stator with cooling fins, black epoxy lacquer finish. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard, the windings are tropical finish with class F insulation and an operating temperature of -40 to +70˚C. The ball bearings are grease filled for life. IP65 protection.

Rotation direction

The direction of rotation cannot be changed. Air flow from impeller to motor.

Clamp

The terminal box is standard black plastic, is mounted on the cabinet and includes a fan switch. On single phase designs it also contains a start-up capacitor. IP65 protection.

Speed control

Speed control is performed by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. Size 630 cannot be regulated.

Noise

Noise emitted by the fan is given in the tables, measurements are made at a distance of 1.5 m.

Mounting

The fan can be placed on any fixed base at the workplace.

Fans are suitable for ventilation of production halls, foundries, forges, drying rooms, machine rooms, construction sites, greenhouses and kennels.
