Key features of the system:
- central air-handling unit for production or storage facilities
- pressurised ventilation
- heat recovery
- suitable for both new builds and refurbishments
Basic system components:
- central air handling unit with heat recovery
- air ductwork and distribution components
In a centralised system with heat recovery, fresh air is supplied to production or storage areas whilst stale air is simultaneously extracted. Heat is recovered from the extracted air within the air-handling unit, ensuring energy-efficient operation.
The system can be supplemented with a heat or cooling source. In addition to ventilation, the air handling unit can therefore also contribute to heating or cooling the space and ensuring thermal comfort throughout the year.
