Status of Compliance
This website is partially compliant with Law 424/2023 and EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (corresponding to WCAG 2.2 at level AA) due to the non-compliances listed below.
A. Inaccessible content and structure
Main section of the website
- the main content of the site is not defined by a semantic area
Content skipping
- the page does not contain a functional link "Go to main content"
Title structure
- missing title <h1>
- inconsistent heading hierarchy
- some headings are not implemented using semantic heading elements
Page title
- the title of the home page <title> contains the name of the company, but does not describe the purpose or main content of the page
Lists
- incorrectly formatted list on the Variant Detail page in the Safety Instructions and Product Description sections
- navigation between categories (products) - in terms of site structure and ease of navigation, it would be more appropriate to structure the category links as a list <ul> on the product range (category) overview pages
Tables
- table in article - no programmatically determinable links between headers and data cells
- contact table - problematic letter icon
B. Consistency
Link extraction
- Links with generic text on multiple items (e.g., Learn More) are found on the site and without surrounding text do not clearly identify the purpose of the link
Distinguishing links from surrounding text
- Some links are indicated by a combination of colour differentiation and bold font. The solution may not be considered sufficient when checked
Product sort buttons
- the controls after sorting the variants on the product detail page are not sufficiently clear
Link in footer
- The "Cookie Settings" control is implemented as a JS link even though it triggers an action. The prevek is a button in terms of behavior, but is implemented as a link in code
C. Navigation
Navigation visibility and display
- on the "Contacts" map pages, the map overlays the main navigation when scrolling
Navigation code correctness
- there are multiple navigation areas on the page - each should have an accessible title
Breadcrumb navigation
- breadcrumb navigation is not wrapped with a semantic element or provided with a corresponding description
Consistency and labelling of navigation items
- in the main navigation, the current item is indicated by classes that are not accessible to assistive technologies
D. Contrast, visibility, perceptibility
Insufficient contrast between text and background
- in the contact form the text "Your phone"
- Inactive steps in the shopping cart process
- in the cart text "Rounding"
- error messages in forms
- in modal windows text "Close window"
Insufficient non-text elements
- there are elements on the site whose color contrast to the background is insufficient (soc. networks, checkboxes in the login process in the Cart, the Unsubscribe from Cart button)
E. Navigability
Keyboard accessibility of links
- pages do not include visible focus highlighting for keyboard navigation
- elements not focusable by keyboard: "Update" and "Share" buttons (Product Detail), "+" and "-" buttons (Cart)
Language switching
- the expanded list lacks a visible focus on the currently browsed item
- component in the accessibility tree does not provide the correct semantics of the selector
Adding products to cart
- on the "Product Detail" page, the "+" and "-" buttons cannot be targeted from the keyboard
Modal windows
- modal windows do not uniformly have requirements for accessible keyboard control and proper focus management
F. Multimedia
Alternative text for meaningful images
- assortment overview - product and category preview images do not have alternative text (alt.)
- variant detail - images in the variant gallery often have blank caption (alt.)
Icons
- some icons do not have a sufficient label in terms of an accessible link
Buttons
- some buttons do not have a sufficient label in terms of an accessible link
Forms
- lack a clearly visible focus
- required fields are not clearly labeled
- misplaced "Misplaced Data Errors" (readers may not get information about the error in the correct field context)
- appropriate addition of hints (aria-describedby)
contact form at footer
- validation for some fields is done after submission
- phone field allows you to enter any text
- message field size does not respect responsiveness rules
Subscribe form
- informative text is not programmatically tied to the form or the email field
Basket account sign-up form
- the form as a whole has no clear programmatic grouping and lacks links to additional information
Downloadable Files - Product Detail
- Document download links are only represented by an icon in the product variant table without a link label
Downloads - Variant detail
- For reader users, information on file format and size is missing
Opening attachments in a new window (F4.3)
- add links to external files with one-stop information that clicking will open a new window (bookmark). It is also advisable to add an external link icon
G. Robustness and stability
Load speed and site performance
- focus on optimization for mobile devices
H. Content falling within the "unreasonable burden" exception (section 15(2) of the Act)
