Cabinet

The accumulation enclosure is of rigid welded construction made of 1 mm thick stainless steel sheet. The enclosure is supplied with a perimeter condensate trap and a single row of slotted grease filters with cover plates for easy removal for maintenance and cleaning. Type NAZ-D/ZAZZ-D is welded in two parts. Lighting is fitted to enclosures longer than 700 mm.

Ventilator

not part of the hood. The cover is connected to central ventilation or an external fan. As an external fan, we recommend the special KABB or
KABT kitchen fans.

Filters

Slotted filter screens are supplied as standard. This type is characterized by a constant pressure drop. On request, screens can be supplied with filters made of tungsten carbide, fibre or combined (slotted with fibre).

Noise

is significantly reduced due to the fan being positioned outside the screen and outside the actual kitchen area. The greatest noise reduction is achieved when roof fans are used.

Mounting

is carried out on the wall or by hanging from the ceiling, the screens can be arranged side by side according to the desired length. If necessary (for reasons of handling and accessibility to the installation site), the NAZ-D/ZAZZ-D can be supplied in two parts and welded at the installation site. As standard, the cover is supplied without a hole for connecting the suction pipe. Depending on the needs of the project, a hole only, a round neck without flange, a square neck without flange or with flange on the top or rear wall of the cover can be ordered.

Instructions

Digesters are particularly suitable for extraction in kitchens of restaurants, catering, large-scale production plants, etc. Advantages include:

- high efficiency at low air flow
- energy efficiency
- fan outside the cabinet
- high grease removal due to grease filter
- low noise level
- easy maintenance

Maintenance of the hood consists only of regular cleaning of the grease filters, which can be cleaned with detergent and water or washed in the dishwasher, even with highly aggressive alkaline detergents.
