Product description
Casing
is made from durable, white, hardened plastic. The internal structure is made from high-quality EPP, ensuring airtightness. On the rear of the unit there are two Ø 100 mm ports for the intake of fresh air and the exhaust of stale air. On the top, there are two openings for various configurations (see installation options below) for supplying fresh air into the interior and extracting stale air from the interior.
Fans
The unit is fitted with radial fans with backward-curved blades.
Motors
are single-phase EC 230 V / 50 Hz.
Heat recovery
The TURAIS unit is fitted with a counter-flow plastic plate heat exchanger, which achieves a heat recovery efficiency of up to 94%. The version with an enthalpy plate heat exchanger achieves a heat recovery efficiency of up to 89% and a fresh air efficiency of up to 84%. The heat exchanger is accessible after removing the front panel.
Filters
The unit is fitted with G4-class filters (ISO coarse 65%) on the fresh air intake and exhaust air outlet sides. An F7 filter (ISO ePM1 70%) can be fitted to the fresh air intake as an accessory.
Installation
The unit is designed for vertical installation indoors. The following installation options are available:
• wall-mounted installation
• semi-recessed installation
• recessed installation
Electrical connection
A three-core 230 V / 50 Hz power cable is connected to the unit.
Control
The unit features a fully automatic mode which, based on an integrated humidity sensor, ensures smooth speed control without the need for any further intervention in the unit’s operation. It is also possible to control the unit manually. Manual mode allows the ventilation intensity to be set to one of four levels, which are guaranteed by constant-flow fans. The unit can also be controlled remotely using the CONNECTAIR app (TUR-SPCM module required) or via the AIRSENS RF series of wireless air quality sensors (installation of the TUR-RC-A RF module is required for managing devices using radio-frequency signals). The basic version of the unit is supplied without a controller.
Noise
The tables show the sound power level at the casing.
Information
A local ventilation unit with heat recovery designed for new builds and refurbishments of detached houses and blocks of flats. It features a discreet installation that can be integrated into the building structure, with the option to connect multiple rooms, unlike push-pull local ventilation units.
