Cabinet
is welded from sheet steel, with flanges to the circular pipe. The enclosure includes 2 silencers and 2 mounting brackets. There is a grille on both sides to prevent the ingress of foreign bodies. Everything is provided with anti-corrosion protection. Optional painted surface in any RAL shade. For sizes 450-630, the delivery is divided into fan and silencers (on-site installation).
Running wheel
is made of Al alloy. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous with short armature, single or two-speed design. IP55 protection, insulation class F. Operating ambient temperature -20 to +40 °C.
Clamps
is mounted on the housing. On request, the terminal block can be replaced by a switch with IP65 protection.
Speed control
is not possible in the standard version.
Flow direction
is from the impeller to the motor, the direction is indicated by an arrow on the housing. Reversing is possible for the TJFT type in accordance with the documentation included in the delivery. Type TJFU is unidirectional.
Mounting
Fan with motor axis horizontal, other fan mounting by agreement with the manufacturer. Each fan is provided with 2 mounting brackets. The minimum distance from building structures is twice the diameter on the intake side and 2 m on the discharge side. From size 400 onwards, the fans are supplied in a disassembled state (fan, 2× damper).
Noise
fan emitted is shown in the tables. Acoustic pressure measured at a distance of 3 m in the open field.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for ventilation of underground and multi-storey garages and tunnels.
