THGT/4-800-6-2,2 kW F400 fire axial duct fan

Casing

is welded from corrosion-resistant sheet steel with a hot-dip galvanised finish, and features flanges for connection to circular ductwork. The fan is certified in accordance with ČSN EN 12 101-3 as a device suitable for heat and smoke extraction.

Impeller

is made of aluminium alloy and is statically and dynamically balanced. From size 710 onwards, it features a steel hub. The angle of the impeller blades is set by the manufacturer; the possible angles of rotation are specified in the performance characteristics.

Motor

is an induction motor with a squirrel-cage rotor. The motors are three-phase for a voltage of 230/400 V up to a power rating of 3 kW, and three-phase for a voltage of 400 V for higher power ratings and dual-speed motors. Operating temperature for ventilation up to 40 °C; in the event of a fire, in accordance with classification F400(120); F300 / F200 (120) available on request. Motor protection rating IP55, insulation class H. Efficiency class IE3.

Terminal block

Internal as standard for short enclosures, external for long enclosures. External terminal blocks for short enclosures and service doors for long enclosures available to order.

Speed control

Fan speed control is not possible in smoke and heat extraction mode. In operating ventilation mode, speed control is possible via a frequency converter. Observe the specifications on the electric motor nameplate.

Flow direction

is by default from the impeller to the motor (i.e. direction B; from the motor to the impeller is direction A).

Instructions

The fans are suitable for ventilation applications and are particularly advantageous where high airflow is required from the fans and, at the same time, the fan is required to function for heat and smoke extraction.

Note

During installation and design, all the manufacturer’s recommendations must be followed; these are identical to those for TGT axial fans in terms of performance parameters.
