Cabinet
is frameless, made of sandwich panels, 20 mm thick, with thermal and noise insulation. The inlet and outlet connections are circular sockets fitted with a sealing rubber sleeve. Fan
with backward curved blades in a specially shaped spiral casing with EC electric motor. Protection class IP44, insulation class B.
Electric heater
The heating coils of the heater are made of stainless steel. The heater is equipped with an operating thermostat with a temperature of 60 °C and a non-locking thermal fuse for 120 °C.
Regeneration
The rotary regenerative heat and moisture transfer heat exchanger has a thermal efficiency of up to 81-83% at nominal airflow. Sealing of the impeller around the perimeter and in the parting plane ensures a high tightness of the impeller against the casing. The exchanger is accessible by opening the front cover. The rotor drive is implemented by a 6 W spur gear motor with a supply voltage of 230 V/50 Hz.
Filters
On the discharge and supply side there are ZLW cartridge filters of filtration class G4 (ISO Coarse 60%). On the supply side there is a choice of filter M5 (ISO Coarse 90%) or F7 (ISO ePM10 50%). Another variant of the supply filter is the use of a G4 filter (ISO Coarse 60%) in combination with a UF2 carbon filter to limit the transmission of odours.
Electrical connection
It is a mains cord with a 230 V/50 Hz power supply. There is also a service switch on the casing of the unit for easy disconnection from the power supply.
Regulation
Built-in digital Neoreg control for PLUG & PLAY connection. Easy to connect CP-TFT wired colour touch controller. Temperature sensors are located and wired inside the unit. The freecooling function is solved by switching off the rotation of the rotary regenerative heat exchanger. Communication with the unit is via remote control with the possibility of setting the unit power, desired operating status, desired temperature and weekly operating program. Shut-off dampers are not included in the unit delivery, but it is possible to provide control of external dampers directly from the Neoreg control system. CO2/VOC/RH sensors with 0-10 V output can be connected to the unit for continuous control of the unit output.
Mounting
In horizontal position on the floor or ceiling with the throats side by side. When installing the unit, it is necessary to have a handling area around the unit for removing filters and for carrying out periodic inspections.
Noise
The sound power levels shown in the tables represent the sound power levels at the individual throats of the unit with A-weighted filter correction and the sound power level of the unit shell with A-weighted filter correction.
