Cabinet

is made of durable high density EPP. The front metal panel and sides are powder coated white. Connection circular sockets Ø 125 mm are fitted on the sides of the enclosure. The necks are fitted with a double-edged seal. Revision access is from the front of the unit.

Fans

The unit contains two radial fans with rearward curved blades with EC motor.

Motors

They are single-phase EC with low power consumption, 230 V / 50 Hz. IP21 protection.

Recuperation

The NEMBUS unit is equipped with a counter-current heat exchanger with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 93%. The heat exchanger is accessible by opening the front panel. For summer operation, the unit is equipped with a bypass.

Filters

The unit is fitted with two G4 class (ISO coarse 65%) plate filters on both the inlet and outlet. Class F7 filters can be supplied as an accessory for fresh air intake.

Electrical connection

The unit is designed for direct fork connection. Power supply 230 V / 50 Hz.

Regulation

The unit is equipped with a fully automatic control system, which, in combination with four temperature and relative humidity sensors, ensures continuous speed regulation according to the current requirement, without the need for any further intervention in the control of the unit. In the performance characteristics, curves for individual speeds are indicated (see operating instructions for details). The designer wired controller allows manual fan speed switching, bypass control, activation of the intensive ventilation function (boost), activation of automatic operation, night cooling and filter clogging indication. Other unit settings are made via DIP switches and potentiometers on the unit's control electronics (after removing the front cover). The unit has four pre-set weekly programs, one of which allows automatic operation from a humidity sensor, built-in VOC sensor (optional accessory), or a 0-10V analogue master signal. The unit provides operation down to an outdoor temperature of -15°C with built-in preheat. The unit can be supplemented with a built-in module providing constant air flow control SABIK-NEMBUS-SF. Access to the ConnectAir platform (cloud S&P) is enabled via an external SPCM module.

Mounting

The unit is designed for horizontal ceiling mounting or vertical wall mounting indoors. The required ambient temperature is between 10 and 50 °C. The unit shall be mounted to provide sufficient space for removal of the unit face, replacement of filters, connection of the condensate drain to the SF-P 138 odour trap and for periodic inspection of the wiring. If the unit is mounted above the soffit, an inspection opening for the operator is required.

Instructions

The unit is not equipped with its own heater as standard. If preheating is required, the integrated NEMBUS-PH module or external MBE-AFP 125/0.4 or 125/0.8 pipe heaters can be used, depending on the required heater capacity. After basic setup by the installer, the unit requires no further adjustment. Filter replacement is recommended at least once a year.

Information

A ventilation unit designed for residential or single family homes. It is characterized by minimal control and maintenance requirements and very economical operation. A great advantage is the possibility of installation in vertical or horizontal position without previous structural modifications. The unit is certified by the "Passive House" system.
