Enclosure
is made from durable, high-density EPP. The casing is made from carbon steel with an anti-corrosion finish. The circular connection spigots have a diameter of 125 mm for the NASHIRA Lite 150 and 160 mm for the NASHIRA Lite 200, with the option to rotate the spigots to the side. The spigots are fitted with double-lip seals. Access for maintenance is from the underside of the unit.
Fans
Radial fans with forward-curved blades are fitted on the discharge and intake sides.
Motors
are single-phase EC motors rated at 230 V / 50 Hz.
Heat recovery
The NASHIRA Lite 150 and 200 units are equipped with a counter-flow plate heat exchanger made from a combination of durable polystyrene and aluminium. The heat recovery efficiency reaches up to 89 per cent for the NASHIRA Lite 150 and 88 per cent for the NASHIRA Lite 200. The heat exchanger is accessible after removing the front panel.
Filters
The unit is fitted with G4-class filters (ISO coarse 65 per cent) on the fresh air intake and exhaust air outlets. M5, F7, F9 or CA-class filters are available as accessories for the fresh air intake.
Controls
In its standard configuration, the unit is equipped with constant flow control, which simplifies commissioning and subsequent operation of the unit. The unit’s standard equipment includes a wall-mounted controller, which allows the ventilation intensity to be set to one of three levels. The unit can be controlled remotely via a master control system using the Modbus RTU protocol (the unit is fitted with a physical RS-485 port).
Electrical connection
A three-core 230 V / 50 Hz power cable is connected to the unit.
Installation
The unit is designed for horizontal installation indoors. The required ambient temperature is at least 12 °C. The unit must be installed in such a way as to ensure sufficient space for removing the front panel and subsequently replacing the filters, connecting the condensate drain to the waste system with a siphon odour trap, and carrying out periodic inspections of the electrical installation. If the unit is installed above a suspended ceiling, an access panel must be provided for maintenance.
