Cabinet

is made of durable high density EPP. The front metal panel is powder coated white. The connection circulars are Ø 125 mm (NASHIRA 150 S (E)) or Ø 160 mm (NASHIRA 200 S (E)) with the possibility of turning them to the sides of the unit. The nozzles are fitted with a double-edged seal. Revision access is from the underside of the unit.

Fans

Radial fans with backward curved blades are fitted on the discharge and intake.

Motors

are single-phase EC 230 V / 50 Hz.

Recuperation

The counterflow plate heat exchanger is plastic with a ZZT efficiency of up to 94%. NASHIRA S E is equipped with a countercurrent enthalpy plate heat exchanger with ZZT efficiency up to 90% and ZZV efficiency up to 78%. The heat exchanger is accessible by removing the front wall of the unit. For summer operation, the unit is equipped with an exchanger bypass.

Filter

As standard, a G4 filter (ISO coarse 65%) is fitted on the fresh air intake and exhaust. M5, F7, F9, CA (activated carbon) filters can be supplied as accessories for the fresh air intake.

Regulation

The unit is equipped with 2 temperature-humidity and 2 temperature sensors, on the basis of which it can be operated in automatic mode without the need for user intervention. The wall-mounted controller allows setting the ventilation intensity, manual control of the by-pass, activation of the automatic mode and signals filter clogging. A wireless control kit can be supplied as an accessory. Further settings of the unit are made using the DIP switches and potentiometers on the controller board after removing the front cover. The unit can also be controlled remotely via a mobile app or web interface (SPCM Lite M module required), via Modbus or via an external 0-10V signal. The unit has a contact on the board to activate the BOOST function. The BOOST parameters can be set using the Modbus protocol.

Electrical connection

A three-core 230 V / 50 Hz power cable is routed from the unit.

Mounting

The unit is designed for horizontal installation under the ceiling indoors. By switching the DIP switch, the unit can be configured with mirrored throat positioning. The required ambient temperature is a minimum of 12 °C. The unit must be mounted to provide sufficient space for removing the unit face, replacing filters, connecting the condensate drain to the waste with a siphon odour stop and for periodic wiring inspections. If the unit is mounted above the ceiling, an inspection opening for the operator is required.

Instructions

If it is necessary to add preheating or reheating to the unit, the MBE-AFP 125/0.4, 125/0.8, 160/0.7 or 160/1.4 pipe heaters can be used, depending on the unit's power range. Units with an enthalpy exchanger can be operated without condensate drainage if the prescribed conditions are met (outdoor environment T< -4 °C, indoor environment T< 22 °C, r.v.< 60 %).
