IBE 250/11,1 T electrical heater battery

- it has a galvanized sheet metal cabinet, the cabinet includes a terminal block and internal installation
- the heating rods are made of stainless steel
- it is equipped with two capillary thermostats, one is working (60 °C), the other is safety (safety switches off at 120 °C)
- the reset button of the safety thermostat is located on the cabinet, during installation it is necessary to position the heater with regard to the inspection activity
- the minimum air velocity in the heater is 2 m/s
- the continuous regulation is performed by the regulator TTC 2000, TTC 40
- the protection is IP43
- they are mounted behind the fan in the direction of air flow, approx. 1 m of pipe must be inserted between the fan and the heater
- standard connection to square pipe, connection dimensions are identical to IRB, IRT fans
- suitable for DIRECT AIR assembly units

Note

When turning off the fans, the dampers in the system may only close after the bars have cooled down, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the heater and other equipment.
