COR-IND 1000/18 air curtain

Cabinet

It is made of steel sheet powder-coated in white (RAL 9003), the connecting elements are additionally electroplated. The front panel is electrostatically bonded to the cabinet for easy installation. The front panel is hinged for easy connection.

Fans

Special quiet tangential fans are used in the door screens.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature.

Heater

electric, water or without heater.

Electric connection

is made to the internal terminal block in the door screen housing. Models with an electric heater are equipped with thermal protection as standard.

Door curtain control without heater

is carried out with the CR-20 wall-mounted controller, which is supplied separately. The controller can be used to switch the speed in two stages. In the case of multiple apertures side by side, up to 5 identical apertures can be connected to one controller.

Aperture control with el. Heater

is carried out with the wall-mounted controller CR-30, which is supplied separately. The controller can be used to switch the speed and power of the heater in two stages. The controller has a built-in timer to ensure that the heater cools down after it has been switched off. When multiple screens are arranged side by side, up to 5 identical screens can be connected to one controller.

Aperture control with water heater

is carried out with the CR-20 wall-mounted controller. When multiple apertures are arranged side by side, up to 5 identical apertures can be connected to one controller.

Mounting

Curtains can be mounted directly on the wall or suspended from the ceiling with M8 threaded rods. The minimum height should be 4 m and the maximum 10 m above the floor. The minimum distance from the ceiling or walls must be 100 mm.

Noise

All models feature low noise levels due to the balanced impeller.
