Main features of the system:
- exhaust fans and local ventilation units for each accommodation unit
- pressure ventilation
- heat recovery
- suitable for renovation
Basic elements of the system:
- exhaust fans in sanitary facilities
- local ventilation units with heat recovery
In a decentralised negative pressure system with ZZT, the contaminated air is extracted from the sanitary facilities by means of local fans. Fresh air supply is provided by local ventilation units in which heat recovery takes place thanks to a heat recovery exchanger. This provides thermally treated fresh air to the interior. Compared to conventional negative pressure ventilation, the system ensures greater user comfort and at the same time contributes to a reduction in energy consumption
