The decentral vacuum system ensures the removal of polluted air from the sanitary facilities of the accommodation units and the supply of fresh air through the façade elements. The system does not use heat recovery.

In a decentralised negative pressure system, contaminated air is extracted from the sanitary facilities by means of local fans. The underpressure generated in the accommodation unit is compensated by the fresh air supply through the façade elements. The system does not use heat recovery and fresh air is supplied to the interior without thermal treatment.
