We are introducing a new Pick Up Service (PCS) to improve our services. This service allows for the dispatch of goods 5:00-22:00 h., 7 days a week. It is valid for the Central Warehouse Brandýs. The service is available to B2B customers, with payment condition on invoice.
How to activate the service (PCS)?
If you have activated B2B access in the e-shop,
check the stock availability of goods. If the goods are in stock, send an order by email and indicate in the subject line that it is a PickUpService (PCS), and specify the pick-up date (e.g. PCS 15 Sep 2025 6:00 am).
If you don't have activated B2B access in the e-shop,
please check the availability of the goods at the branch. Next, follow the same procedure as mentioned in the previous paragraph. If you need to pick up an incomplete order via PCS, please call 606 268 332. All PCS pickup requests must be placed no later than 12:00 p.m. the previous day. For weekend pickups, by 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
For what goods can I use the PCS service?
This service can be used on a GENERAL STANDARD RANGE (does not apply to custom and oversized items such as: roof and industrial fans, small supply units, commercial heat recovery units, door screens and control systems).
