Cabinet
The TH 500 to TH 800 fan enclosures are made of plastic, the base and canopy are made of steel sheet coated with black epoxy paint.
Running wheel
The diagonal impeller is made of durable ABS plastic.
Motor
It is asynchronous with short armature, with triple windings for three speeds. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Insulation class F, protection class IP44.
Square box
is mounted on the fan housing, includes a start-up capacitor.
Mounting
The TH roof fans are mounted with the base on horizontal roof structures or masonry plinths. JMS and JBS plinths can also be used.
Speed control
is carried out as standard by a switch, if continuous regulation is required by changing the voltage by electronic or transformer regulators. Parasitic noise may occur when using electronic phase-controlled regulators. In this case, transformer control should be used.
Flow direction
The airflow can be changed by turning the fan part with motor and impeller after loosening and removing the pull-off sleeves.
Instructions
The fan is universal for exhaust and supply, change of use is only by turning the fan unit after loosening the mounting clips and inserting (removing) the rectifier insert.
Adherence to these instructions should not pose any safety, health or environmental risks in accordance with EC directives (CE marked). The same applies to other products used in the device or during installation. Consider the following warnings:
