Cabinet
The cabinet is made of high quality galvanized steel sheet, coated with epoxy lacquer. The cabinet contains sound insulation (fibreglass). It consists of a mounting bracket for wall or ceiling mounting, a noise absorber and a motor. The design allows easy removal of the motor part. The aerodynamic design of the intake improves and reduces noise.
Running wheel
The impellers are made of sheet steel.
Motor
Two-pole motor, single-phase 230 V-50/60 Hz. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard, the windings are in a moisture-proof finish with class B insulation and an operating temperature of -20 to +60 °C. The sealed ball bearings are grease filled for life. Protection rating IP44.
Square box
The terminal block is located on the fan housing and is removable. Easy to install and connect, IP55 rated.
Speed control
For AC motors with triple windings, the speed is switched in three stages using INTER 4P or COM 3 controllers.
Mounting
Fan mounting is possible in any fan position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stress from the ductwork, a flexible duct connection is recommended.
Instructions
The TD SILENT type fans are diagonal fans, designed for installation in circular ductwork. They are designed to convey air without mechanical particles that could cause abrasion or imbalance of the impeller. The fans must not be exposed to direct weathering. Fans should be stored in a covered and dry warehouse. Fans are manufactured under the most stringent manufacturing controls in the ISO 9001 system.
Adherence to these instructions should not pose any safety, health or environmental risks in accordance with EC directives (CE marked). The same applies to other products used in the device or during installation. Consider the following warnings:
• Observe the safety instructions to prevent damage to the device or personal injury.
• The technical information in this manual must not be changed.
• It is forbidden to interfere with the motor of the device.
• In order for the device to comply with EC directives, the device must be connected to the mains in accordance with the applicable regulations.

• Always disconnect the device from the power supply before carrying out any work on it.

• This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person. The user must ensure that children do not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
