Product description

Cabinet
is made by casting from PP, PE and PEel. Stainless steel screws are used for the joints.

Running wheel
is radial, made by casting from PP.

Motor
2, 4 or 6 pole single or three phase asynchronous motor, insulation class F, grease filled ball bearings for life. The motor is located out of the air stream. Protection class IP55. Multi-speed design, explosion-proof or outdoor versions on request.

The terminal block
is located on the motor.

Speed control
is performed by changing voltage or frequency converters.

Noise
The sound pressure level at a distance of 1,5 m in the free acoustic field is read on the Lp scale of the power diagram from the intersection of the speed curve and the line of highest efficiency. The sound power in the different octave bands for different speeds is given in the table below the diagram. The values are measured with a tolerance of ±3 dB.

Mounting
is done on a base or on a bracket for horizontal mounting.

Accessories
- horizontal mounting bracket
- ON/OFF switch
- flexible coupling including inlet/outlet clips
- base plate

Instructions
The design of the fans makes them suitable for long ducts in various process and air handling applications, chemical industry, petrochemical and laboratory applications. They are not suitable for the extraction of wood dust and grit, or other flammable or explosive mixtures. Fans should only be started after connection to the pipe route to avoid overloading the motor.

Note
Casing and wheel material may be selected within the specified range to suit the needs of the particular project and should be specified in the fan specification.
