The cabinet is made by casting from PP, PE and PEel. Stainless steel screws are used for joints.
Running wheel
The impeller is radial, made by casting from PP.
Motor
2, 4 or 6 pole single or three phase asynchronous motor, insulation class F, grease-filled ball bearings for life. Motor is located out of the air stream. Protection class IP55. Multi-speed version, explosion-proof or outdoor version on request.
Clamping machine
The terminal box is located on the motor.
Speed control
Speed control is done by changing the voltage or frequency converters.
Noise
The sound pressure level at a distance of 1,5 m in the free acoustic field shall be read on the Lp scale of the power diagram from the intersection of the speed curve and the line of maximum efficiency. The sound power in the different octave bands for different speeds is given in the table below the diagram. The values are measured with a tolerance of ±3 dB.
Mounting
Mounting is done on a base or on a bracket for horizontal mounting.

Instructions
The design of the fans makes them suitable for long air ducts in various process and air handling applications, in the chemical industry, petrochemicals and laboratories. They are not suitable for the extraction of wood dust and grit, or other flammable or explosive mixtures. Fans should only be started after connection to the pipe route to avoid overloading the motor.
Caution
Casing and wheel material can be selected within the specified range to suit the needs of the particular project and should be specified in the fan specification.
