Cabinet
is made of durable hardened white plastic. The heat exchanger part of the unit allows for installation in a 250-500 mm thick wall. In the case of a larger wall thickness, a 700 mm long extension can be added as an option for the RESPIRO 150 N (RD) unit or a 500 mm long extension can be connected to the existing tube of the RESPIRO 100 N (RD) unit using an external coupling (SN 100). The inner part of the unit is equipped with a design front cover.
Fans
The unit is fitted with a reversible axial fan with DC motor and is designed for continuous operation.
Motor
Commutatorless motor with electronic control and low power consumption up to an operating temperature of -20 °C to 50 °C.
Regeneration
It is equipped with a regenerative heat exchanger made of ceramic material. For easy maintenance and servicing, the heat exchanger is accessible by removing the inner part of the unit containing the fan.
Filters
A G3 class filter (ISO coarse 45%) is located on both sides of the heat exchanger.
Regulation
The standard design of the unit allows manual adjustment of the ventilation intensity in 3 stages via a remote control. The RD variant has a fully automatic mode which, based on the integrated humidity sensor, provides continuous speed control without the need for any further intervention in the unit control. The unit in the RD variant can also be controlled manually. The remote control can be used to set 3 ventilation intensity levels and to change between supply and extract, supply only and extract only modes. In addition, the units in the RD variant can be interconnected to ventilate antagonistically in the intake and exhaust mode. In the "alternate" mode, the standard flow direction change interval is set to 70 s.
Mounting
The unit is designed for internal wall installation and can only be installed in the horizontal axis of the heat exchanger body with a minimum 1% inclination to the outside edge of the wall. The telescopic tube containing the heat exchanger, fan and filters can be adapted to the wall thickness in the range of 250-500 mm (longer length with optional accessories). An internal design cover and an external facade grille are also included.
Electrical connection
A three-core 230 V/50 Hz power cable is routed from the unit.
