Description

The LX-5 square fire dampers are used as an air duct closure in case of fire. By activating the damper, the spread of combustion products to the adjacent fire compartment is prevented for a specified period of time. The damper casing is made of galvanized steel sheet. The fire resistance of the damper is EI 120 S (in ho<->o). The fire dampers are certified according to EN 15 650.

Use

The fire dampers can be used for air free of mechanical and chemical impurities and for environments without explosion hazards.

Variants

The damper is available with a servo drive (FDG). The servo drive can be fitted in 24 V or 230 V versions.

Mounting

The LX-5 fire dampers are designed for square ducts from 200x200 mm to 1500x1500 mm. The damper is designed with an emphasis on minimum pressure loss and is suitable for installation in all common building structures. The damper can be installed with the mounting axis in any position.
