Information

The KK drainage plate valve is made of steel plate coated with white RAL 9003 paint. The valve has a foam gasket. Flow adjustment is made by turning the control cone to the desired position and locking it in position with a counter nut. The mounting rings KKL and KKT are made of galvanized steel sheet. The KKT mounting ring is fitted with a single-edged seal.

Installation:
The mounting ring is attached to the duct with screws or rivets. The valve is secured by "screwing" into the threads in the mounting ring.

Measurement and control:
The air flow is controlled by rotating the centre disc to change the setting dimension s (mm). Air flow measurement is performed as a pressure differential measurement using a measuring tube. See diagrams for further details.
