Cabinet
It is made of galvanized steel sheet and is fitted with flanges for fixing to square pipes. There is a revision cover on the casing which, when removed, gives access to the motor and impeller.
Circulating wheel
is radial with backward curved blades, plastic (sizes 180 and 200) or aluminium (from size 225). It is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
EC motor with thermal overload protection. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Protection IP44 (IRB Ecowatt) or IP54 (IRT Ecowatt), operating temperature -20°C to 40°C.
Clamps
It is made of black plastic as standard, is loosely connected to the supply cable from the motor and can be fixed with self-tapping screws to an easily accessible location on the cabinet. IP55 protection.
Speed control
is performed by a potentiometer located in the terminal block or by an external REB Ecowatt speed controller. In addition, an analogue 0-10 V control signal from a temperature, humidity or CO2 sensor.
Mounting
in each fan position, with regard to revision work and the possibility of removing the revision cover preferably with the motor axis vertical.
Rotation direction
is indicated by an arrow stuck on the casing. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning.
Noise
emitted by the fan is listed in the tables for the four performance curves.
Instructions
Due to their high efficiency and economical operation, fans are suitable for demanding applications where their low profile and quiet operation can also be applied. They are also suitable for DCV (demand controlled ventilation) applications.
