Product description
Cabinet
It is made of galvanized steel sheet, the cabinet is equipped with flanges for fixing to the square pipe. There is a revision cover on the casing, which, when removed, gives access to the motor and impeller.
Circulating wheel
is radial with forward curved blades and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous with a resistive armature. ILB fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, ILT are 3-phase for 230/400 V. The motors are equipped with thermal fuse as standard, class F insulation, working temperature -40 to +70 ºC. Sealed ball bearings have grease packing for life. IP55 protection.
Square box
It is made of black plastic as standard, is loose on the supply cable from the motor, and can be attached with self-tapping screws to an easily accessible location on the cabinet.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. We preferably recommend transformer regulators. The ILT design can be regulated in 2 stages with the SD 2 winding switch or with frequency converters.
Mounting
in each fan position, with regard to revision work and the possibility of removing the revision cover preferably with the motor axis vertical.
Rotation direction
is indicated by an arrow stuck on the casing. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning. If the direction of rotation is reversed, the phase sequence must be changed (3f. version).
Instructions
The fans are suitable for general air handling applications where a low fan height is advantageous. The fans are suitable for ventilation of warehouses, restaurants, hospitals and sports halls due to their IP55 protection and higher operating temperature. They can also be used in combination with heat recovery heat exchangers.
