Cabinet
The fan cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet and is fitted with flanges for fixing into the square pipe. There is a revision cover on the casing, which, when removed, gives access to the impeller.
Circulating wheel
It is radial with forward curved blades, made of galvanized steel sheet. It is statically and dynamically balanced.
Square wheel
It is made of black plastic as standard, loosely on the supply cable from the motor and can be attached with self-tapping screws to an easily accessible location on the cabinet. IP55 protection.
Motor
is asynchronous with a resistance armature. The motors are 3-phase for 230/400 V. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard, the windings are in a humidity-protected design with class F insulation and an operating temperature of -20 to 55 °C. Sealed grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP55 protection.
Speed control
is carried out by frequency converters or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. Frequency converters are preferably recommended. Regulation only possible with certified accessories.
Direction of rotation
is indicated by an arrow stuck on the cabinet. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning.
Noise
emitted by the fan is listed in the tables for the three operating points of the performance characteristic (low, medium and high pressure drop).
Mounting
in each position of the fan, with respect to the inspection activity and the possibility of removing the inspection cover preferably with the motor axis vertical.
Accessories
The electrical accessories are exclusively certified for ILT Ex fans. It cannot be interchanged with other types.
Motor
Attention, the fans are in a special design for the Czech Republic. Spare parts supplied by the manufacturer or trade organisations as standard cannot be used. The values of In, Ia/In and Te specified in the fan certificates are the decisive basis for the fitting of the safety elements and thus the safe operation of the fans. These values must be checked carefully after delivery of the fan.
