Cabinet

Running wheel
is made of sheet steel up to Ø 355, higher diameters have Al alloy blades, the "SICKLE" shape is specially optimised for maximum flow and pressure with minimum noise. The impeller is pressed directly onto the motor.
Motor
is asynchronous with short armature, external rotor and start-up capacitor. HXBR/TXBR fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, HXTR/TXTR are 3-phase for 400 V. Insulation class F, protection class IP54. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Motor is dynamically balanced to ISO 1940.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. For three-phase types by frequency converters. Speed regulation is not possible with the HXBR/4-630 and TXBR/4-630.
Rotation direction
cannot be changed. In the wall-mounted version, the standard airflow is from the motor to the impeller, in the ducted version the opposite. A fan with reverse flow can be ordered at extra cost (for markets outside ErP).
Clamps
is made of black plastic as standard. For the single-phase version, it also includes a start-up capacitor. The terminal block is located on the motor (wall-mounted version) or on the cabinet (piped version).
Mounting
is possible in any position of the motor axis. In the case of horizontal mounting, it is necessary to open the condensate drain holes in the rotor. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the pipework must be used.
Noise
emitted by the fan is given in the tables, measurements are made in the free field at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (but at least 1.5 m).
