Product description
Cabinet
is designed for vertical air exhaust. The base and the fan casing are made of sheet steel with corrosion protection. The cylindrical casing is coated with grey epoxy paint. The fan includes a back flap on the discharge and protection against the intrusion of foreign bodies.
Running wheel
The fan is axial, the blades are made of Al alloy, the hub is made of galvanized steel plate. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller blade angle is adjusted by the manufacturer (8°-32°).
Motor
is asynchronous with short armature. The motors are 3-phase for 230/400 V up to 3 kW and 3-phase for 400 V for higher outputs and two-speed motors. Ball bearings with grease packing for life. Motor protection IP55, insulation class F. Operating temperature -20 to 40 °C. A revision switch is located on the casing. Two speed (4/6 and 4/8 pole) motors available on request.
Square box
with a revision switch is located on the fan housing. The protection is IP55.
Speed control
is possible on selected types by frequency converter.
Flow direction
is standard from the motor to the impeller.
Mounting
The fan is installed in a vertical position as a matter of principle. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.
Adherence to these instructions should not pose any safety, health or environmental risks in accordance with EC directives (CE marked). The same applies to other products used in the device or during installation. Consider the following warnings:

• This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person. The user must ensure that children do not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
