Skříň
je z ocelového plechu, opatřeného černým lakem, šrouby jsou galvanicky pokoveny.
Oběžné kolo
je vyrobeno z termoplastu vyztuženého skelným vláknem. Oběžné kolo je staticky a dynamicky vyváženo.
Motor
je asynchronní, povrchová úprava černým lakem, stator s chladicími žebry, tepelná ochrana vinutí, izolace třídy F, pracovní teplota -40 až +70 °C. Motory ventilátorů HCFB jsou 1-fázové pro napětí 230 V, HCFT jsou 3-fázové pro napětí 230/400 V nebo 3-fázové pro napětí 400 V. Kuličková ložiska s tukovou náplní na dobu životnosti. Krytí IP65.
Regulace otáček
se provádí elektronickými nebo transformátorovými regulátory změnou napětí, u třífázových typů pomocí frekvenčních měničů.
Směr otáčení
je možno měnit u jednofázových i třífázových motorů. Se standardním oběžným kolem klesne při opačném smyslu otáčení průtok o cca 30%. U nástěnného provedení je standardně průtok vzdušiny od motoru k oběžnému kolu.
Svorkovnice
je z černého plastu, jednofázového provedení má rozběhový kondenzátor. Svorkovnice je umístěna na motoru (nástěnné provedení).
Montáž
ventilátoru v každé poloze osy motoru. Skříň nesmí přenášet mechanické namáhání ze stavebních konstrukcí.
Hluk
emitovaný ventilátorem je uveden v tabulkách, měření je prováděno ve vzdálenosti rovné trojnásobku průměru oběžného kola (minimálně však 1,5 m) ve volném akustickém poli.
