is made of galvanized steel sheet coated with black lacquer. The cover grid is powder coated, the screws are electroplated.
Running wheel
is fixed to the electric motor rotor and has an aerodynamically optimised blade shape to achieve lower noise levels and lower energy consumption. The impeller is made of a special black composite material and is statically and dynamically balanced to ISO 1940.
Motor
Electronically commutated motor with continuous speed control using a 0...10 V signal with built-in electronics (alternatively, the motor speed can be controlled using a PWM signal). The motors are 1-phase for a voltage of
230 V. Motor protection IP54, operating temperature range -25 °C to +60 °C. Motor efficiency class IE4. The motor is equipped with built-in thermal protection. The ball bearings are double-sided sealed with grease filling for the lifetime of the motor.
Rotation direction
Counterclockwise when looking at the electric motor rotor. The direction of airflow is in the direction from the motor to the impeller.
Square box
is accessible by removing the electric motor cap.
Mounting
is possible in both vertical and horizontal fan positions (i.e. on the wall or in the floor or ceiling). The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses on the ductwork. A flexible connection must be used in case of connection to the ductwork.
Noise
emitted by the fan is given in the tables, measurements are made at a distance of 3 m on the discharge side of the fan, without reflective component, directional factor Q = 2, at a point with a maximum efficiency of U = 10 V.
