The cabinet is made of galvanized sheet metal, painted in RAL 9010 colour. Other colours on request. The exhaust section is thermally and noise insulated and finished with an anodised adjustable aluminium louvre. The louvre includes an inlet filter (water screen).
Fans
Direct drive radial fans are used. Single-phase asynchronous motors with thermocouples are provided to allow control by changing the voltage. IP22 protection, EC motors also available on request.
Heater
Heater is electric or water, also without heater on request. Water heaters are equipped with EU2 filter as standard.
Electric connection
Cable glands are located at the top of the cabinet.
Regulation
Regulation is done with the DR-CP4 controller, to which only 1 aperture can be connected. The controller is designed for AC motors and allows the connection of a door contact and a room thermostat. Alternatively, the DR-CPhr touch panel control is available, which is designed for AC and EC motors, allows manual control as well as control from higher-level systems (Modbus, BMS) and is equipped with additional functions (time clock, frost protection, door contact, curtain chaining, etc.).
Frost protection
Supplied screens are circulation screens with air intake from the room and are therefore not equipped with frost protection.
Mounting
The screens can be mounted on the wall or by means of a ceiling hanger. The recommended mounting height is 2.6 m for E,W and 2.8 m for E1 and W1. Water-heated screens are supplied as standard in the right-hand version, the left-hand version is available on request and at extra cost.
