CRVB/2-225 N IP54 roof mounted fan

Cabinet

is designed for horizontal (CRHB) or vertical (CRVB) air exhaust. The fan base is made of galvanized steel sheet, the brackets, grille and screws are also electroplated. The fan shroud and casing are made of Al sheet metal. The fan motor is mounted in the air stream. The fan is protected by a grille against the ingress of foreign bodies.

Iris wheel

The fan is radial with backward curved blades. It is made of plastic and is statically and dynamically balanced.

Square box

with a revision switch, it is located on the base (CRHB) or housing (CRVB) of the fan. The terminal block also contains a start-up capacitor. The protection rating is IP55.

Motor

It is asynchronous with shorted resistance armature, with external rotor. The motors are 1-phase for 230 V. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard. The windings are in tropicalisation treatment with class F insulation. Protection class IP54.

Speed control

is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage.

Rotation direction

is only possible in one direction, in the sense of the arrow on the fan housing. The opposite direction of rotation can cause motor overload, and the fan will also experience increased noise.

Mounting

The fan is mounted horizontally using the accessories (with the motor axis vertical).
