Cabinet
is made of strong sheet metal, surface treated with a special coating resistant to high temperatures. The fans are designed to convey warm air permanently up to +300 °C, without hazardous substances. They are designed and approved to extract air (only for air inside the spiral enclosure) at a temperature of 400 °C for a minimum of 2 hours. They are approved to EN 12101-3 standards.
Running wheel
with forward curved blades is made of electroplated steel plate. The impeller is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.
Motors
are designed for three-phase voltage. Class F insulation and IP55 protection. Motor sizes up to and including 3 kW are designed for 230/400 V power supply, motors with higher power input are designed for 400 V/50 Hz. Two-speed motors can be supplied on request.
Clamps
is located on the motor.
Speed control
Two-speed motors can be supplied on request. Please enquire about the possibility and conditions of using VFVN frequency converters (K 8.1).
Noise
The tables show the sound pressure in the free acoustic field at a distance of 1.5 m at the discharge at maximum flow and the sound power values in octave bands.
Mounting
The enclosure shall not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used. Before installation, it is important to check that the electrical parameters of the product indicated on the label (voltage, power, frequency, etc.) correspond to the values of the local network.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for general HVAC and OEM applications where exhaust of hot air without hazardous substances is required. CRMT fans can be used alone or incorporated into other groups of machinery designed for air extraction or supply, including forced air ventilation in industry and engine air cooling. The use of fans for heat and smoke extraction is only possible after prior consultation.
Adherence to these instructions should not pose any safety, health or environmental risks in accordance with EC directives (CE marked). The same applies to other products used in the device or during installation. Consider the following warnings:
• Observe the safety instructions to prevent damage to the device or personal injury.
• The technical information in this manual must not be changed.
• It is forbidden to interfere with the motor of the device.
• In order for the device to comply with EC directives, the device must be connected to the mains in accordance with the applicable regulations.

• Always disconnect the device from the power supply before carrying out any work on it.

• This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person. The user must ensure that children do not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
