Cabinet
is made of electrically welded sheet metal and is coated with a durable epoxy-polyester paint in grey colour. The spiral enclosure is supplied in the LG 270 position as standard, the position can be changed on installation. The fans are designed for the permanent transport of warm air up to +150 °C, without hazardous substances.
Running wheel
with forward curved blades is made of electroplated steel sheet. The impeller is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.
Motor
is an asynchronous induction motor, housed outside the air stream, and is manufactured to IEC 34-1. Motor insulation is F, protection IP55. The motor has lifetime grease-filled ball bearings. Two-turn motors or explosion-proof versions can be supplied on request.
Square box
is located on the engine.
Speed control
by means of frequency converters.
Noise
The tables show the free-field sound pressure at a distance of 1.5 m at the discharge at maximum flow and the sound power values in octave bands.
Mounting
The position of the discharge can be changed at the installation. The enclosure shall not transmit mechanical stresses from the piping. A flexible connection to the pipework must be used. Before installation, it is important to check that the electrical parameters of the product indicated on the label (voltage, power, frequency, etc.) correspond to the values of the local network.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for general HVAC and OEM applications where exhaust of hot air without hazardous substances is required. CMB/CMT fans can be used alone or incorporated into other groups of machinery designed for exhaust or supply air,
including forced air ventilation in industry and air cooling
engines.
Adherence to these instructions should not pose any safety, health or environmental risks in accordance with EC directives (CE marked). The same applies to other products used in the device or during installation. Consider the following warnings:
• Observe the safety instructions to prevent damage to the device or personal injury.
• The technical information in this manual must not be changed.
• It is forbidden to interfere with the motor of the device.
• In order for the device to comply with EC directives, the device must be connected to the mains in accordance with the applicable regulations.

• The device complies with the applicable regulations for the operation of electrical equipment.
• Always disconnect the device from the power supply before carrying out any work on it.

• This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person. The user must ensure that children do not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
