Product description
Cabinet
It is made of galvanized steel sandwich sheet with 25 mm thick insulation. The individual panels can be removed for inspection and cleaning. The fan is mounted in the enclosure on sprung profiles to reduce vibration transmission. Circular sockets are screwed onto the housing for connecting flexible hoses or circular pipework. The individual panels are interchangeable with the discharge panel. The fan is certified according to EN 12 101-3 as suitable for heat and smoke extraction, classification F400 (120).
Running wheel
Traditional with backward curved blades. It is statically and dynamically balanced, freely circulating and without spiral casing.
Motor
is asynchronous with a short armature. The motors are 3-phase for 230/400 V. Operating temperature up to 70 °C. Sealed and maintenance free ball bearings with grease cartridge for life. IP55 protection, insulation class H. Two-speed fan version 4/8 on request.
Square box
is located directly on the fan motor and is accessible by removing the side covers of the enclosure.
Mounting
with regard to fan operation, inspection activities and the possibility of removing the side panel exclusively with the motor axis horizontal.
Noise
The acoustic pressure emitted by the fan is indicated in the table of technical parameters and is measured in the free acoustic field at a distance of 1.5 m from the inlet and discharge. The sound power values are in a separate table.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for air handling applications where low fan noise is advantageous and there is a requirement for the fan to function as a fire ventilation fan.
