Cabinet
It is made of sheet steel, electroplated and coated with grey polyester lacquer. The motor is mounted outside the airflow on the outside of the casing. In order to clean the fan without removing the ductwork, the impeller drive unit can be tilted outwards, off the duct axis.
Iris wheel
is cast entirely in Al alloy. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced and has an epoxy lacquer finish. The impeller is driven by a belt, which is in a protective cover.
Motor
is asynchronous, short armature, with insulation class F. The motor has grease-filled ball bearings for life. The motor has its own cooling fan. IP55 protection.
Square box
is included with the motor. IP55 rated.
Speed control
The fans cannot be electrically or electronically controlled as standard. On request, motors with PTC thermal protection can be supplied, regulated by recommended frequency converters.
Rotation direction
is indicated by an arrow on the fan housing.
Mounting
of the fan, taking into account the life of the bearings in the horizontal position.

Fans are suitable for extraction of hot gases in industrial applications. Please request information on delivery conditions.
