Product description

Cabinet

is welded from sheet steel. The enclosure includes 2 silencers and 2 mounting brackets. There is a grille on both sides to prevent the intrusion of foreign bodies. Optionally, fans with deflectors can be supplied. Everything is provided with anti-corrosion protection. Optional painted surface in any RAL shade. For sizes 450-630 the delivery is split into fan and silencers (on-site installation). The fans are certified in accordance with EN 12 101-3 as suitable for directing the movement of smoke and heat.

Running wheel

is made of Al alloy. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature, single or two-speed design. Voltage 400 V/50Hz. Protection IP55, insulation class H. Operating temperature -20 to 40 °C for ventilation, in case of fire according to classification F400(120), on request (F300/F200(120)).

Square box

is located on the casing. On request, the terminal block can be replaced with an IP65 switch.

Speed control

is not possible in the standard version. In the two-turn version, switching of the number of poles. More information on request.

Flow direction

is from the impeller to the motor, the direction is indicated by an arrow on the housing. The reversing of the TJHT type is possible in accordance with the documentation included in the delivery. Type TJHU is unidirectional.

Mounting

Fan with motor axis horizontal, other mounting by agreement with the manufacturer. Each fan is provided with 2 mounting brackets. Minimum distance from building structures is twice the diameter on the intake side and 2 m on the discharge side. From size 400 onwards, the fans are supplied in a disassembled state (fan, 2× damper).
