Product description
Cabinet
It is made of hardened plastic and consists of a wall or ceiling mounting bracket, noise absorber and motor. Easy removal of the motor section attached with quick release clips. Connection sockets with rubber seals.
Running wheel
is diagonal, made of plastic.
Motor
The induction motors for the TD 160-350 SILENT have two windings and two speeds. The TD 500-1000 SILENT 3V fans have triple windings and three speeds. The motors have thermal overload protection, the windings have tropicalization treatment and class B insulation. Ball bearings have grease packing for life. Motor protection IP44. Supply voltage 230 V/50 Hz.
Square box
is on the fan housing, it is rotatable 360° for cable connection from any direction.
Speed control
is carried out on dual speed motors (TD 160-350 SILENT) in 2 stages using REGUL 2 or COM 2 controllers, or REB (stepless control) or REV (five-stage control) controllers. For triple speed motors (TD 500-1000 SILENT 3V), the control is performed by COM 3 or INTER 4P or by REB (stepless control) or REV (five-stage control). TD SILENT T fans (single or three-speed depending on type) have adjustable time 1-30 min. TD 160-350 SILENT T is not adjustable, TD 500-1000 SILENT T 3V only by INTER 4P speed switch.

- TD SILENT - basic version (for pipelines DN 100 to 315)
- TD SILENT T - version with adjustable time 1 to 30 minutes, single speed (for pipelines DN 100 to 200)
Mounting
The fan can be installed in any fan position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework, a flexible connection to the pipework is recommended.
Instructions
The TD SILENT type fans are diagonal fans, designed for installation in circular ductwork. They are designed to convey air without mechanical particles that could cause abrasion or imbalance of the impeller. The fans must not be exposed to direct weathering. Fans should be stored in a covered and dry warehouse. Fans are manufactured under the most stringent manufacturing controls in the ISO 9001 system.
