Product description
Cabinet

is made of galvanized sheet metal and is fitted with square necks in the opposite walls. The drain screw is loosely attached and is fitted into the waste air discharge chamber during installation.

Recuperation

The aluminium cross plate heat exchanger is hermetically sealed into the cabinet. Sizes 315 HE, 355 HE, 400 HE and 450 HE are also supplied with a bypass damper.

Mounting

in any position, but in such a way that the condensate generated can be drained off. The condensate is drained via the attached DN 14 hollow screw through the siphon into the drain. The exchanger should preferably be installed at a gradient of 1° to the sewer pipe.

- IRW AL xxx BP HE heat recovery aluminium heat exchanger with bypass, where xxx is the size of the heat exchanger

Instructions

The heat exchanger is resistant to corrosion and humid environments. The exchanger cannot be used in explosive environments, environments with solvent vapours, chemicals and aggressive substances. The exchanger must be provided with frost protection.

The IRW AL HE heat exchangers are suitable for modular systems with IRB and IRT fans. The air-to-air heat exchangers in cross-arrangement are universally applicable for central and decentral ventilation and process extraction systems. The design is particularly suitable for assembled systems in square ductwork. - Low pressure drop even in the presence of significant operational contamination
