Cabinet
The fan cabinet is made of galvanized steel sheet and is fitted with flanges for fixing into the square pipe. There is a revision cover on the casing, which, when removed, gives access to the impeller.
Circulating wheel
The impeller is radial with forward curved blades and is made of galvanized steel plate. It is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous with a resistive armature. The motors are fitted with a thermal fuse as standard, the windings are in a moisture-proof finish with Class F insulation and operating temperature according to type. The sealed ball bearings are grease filled for life. Protection rating IP55.
Clamps
It is made of black plastic as standard, is loose on the supply cable from the motor, and can be attached with self-tapping screws to an easily accessible location on the enclosure.
Mounting
in any position of the fan, with regard to revision work and the possibility of removing the revision cover preferably with the motor axis vertical.
Speed control
is carried out by electronic or transformer regulators by changing the voltage. Preferably, transformer regulators are recommended. The ILT design can be regulated in 2 stages with the SD 2 winding switch or also with frequency converters.
Direction of rotation
is given by an arrow glued on the cabinet. The direction of rotation must be checked after commissioning, if the direction of rotation is reversed, the phase sequence must be changed (3f. design).
Instructions
The fans are suitable for general air handling applications where a low fan height is advantageous. The fans are suitable for warehouse, restaurant, hospital and sports hall ventilation due to their IP55 protection rating and higher operating temperature.
