Product description
FRP fans are specially designed for extraction from paint booths, solvent storage tanks and generally from environments where large volumes of air need to be extracted at low pressure. The fan is designed for clean air or lightly polluted air with a maximum dust content of 50 mg/m3.
Mounting
The fans are installed on the ceiling of the paint shop using flexible cuffs in a vertical position with the suction downwards. Maximum exhaust air temperature 40 °C.
Features
Single suction radial fan with direct drive, impeller with backward curved carbon steel blades is dynamically balanced. The spiral casing is cataphoretically painted, made of galvanized steel sheet with Pittsburgh joint. Galvanized steel circular fan intake coupling with silicone gasket. Components where there is a risk of sparking are made of copper. There are two threaded rods in the fan frame for ease of installation.
Motor
4-pole, IE2 high efficiency (IE3 for non-ATEX version). Three-phase version 230/400 V, 50 Hz. IP55 protection, class F/B insulation with aluminium frame.
