Setting the start-up delay (time-out), cycling of fans in social facilities. Can be used to delay fan shutdown when cooling electric heaters, to block pressure sensor contacts (monitoring fan operation) during start-up and run-out. The switched output can also be loaded with a fluorescent lamp.
