Cabinet
is made of galvanized steel sheet. The cabinet is internally coated with a 7 mm layer of soundproofing material. The fan is mounted in the enclosure on sprung profiles to reduce vibration transmission. Circular sockets are screwed onto the housing for connecting flexible hoses or circular pipework. The cabinet is under vacuum when the fan is in operation.
Fan
is radial with forward curved blades, double-sided suction.
Motor
is asynchronous with short armature, mounted in the air stream. The motor has lifetime grease-filled ball bearings and a built-in thermal overheat protector. The motors are class F insulated and have an operating temperature of -20°C to +40°C.
Square box
It is made of black plastic as standard, is loosely connected to the supply cable from the motor and can be screwed to an easily accessible location on the enclosure with self-tapping screws. Cable length approx. 0.5 m, IP55 protection.
Noise
emitted by the fan is listed in the tables.
Mounting
is also possible outdoors using a CSC canopy, preferably with the motor axis horizontal, taking into account the life of the bearings. Clearance must be left around the fan for removal of side panels and inspection work. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for air handling applications where the low noise level of the fan is advantageous. The fans are particularly suitable for ventilation of restaurants,
sports halls, hospitals and warehouses.
