Cabinet
is made of galvanized steel sheet. The fan is mounted in the enclosure using spring-loaded profiles to reduce vibration transmission. The mounting brackets for fixing the fan in 4 positions are also made of galvanized sheet metal (not included).
Running wheel
is radial, with forward curved blades. The impeller is made of galvanized steel and is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.
Motor
is asynchronous with external rotor. The insulation is class F, and the winding is equipped with a thermal overheat protector. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. Protection rating IP44 (types 7/7 and 7/9), IP55 (types 9/7-12/12) or IP54 (types 12/12 1100W and 15/15 2200W). Single-phase 230 V/50 Hz or three-phase 230/400 V/50 Hz motors.
Square box
is mounted on the fan housing.
Speed control
of single-phase fans by changing the voltage, for three-phase fans by changing the voltage or frequency converters.
Mounting
fan in each position of the fan axis, preferably horizontal mounting with regard to bearing life.
Instructions
Fans are particularly suitable for the construction of air conditioning and ventilation units, door and door screens, or other air handling applications. Please enquire about delivery terms and delivery dates.
