Cabinet
is made of galvanized steel sheet. The mounting brackets for fixing the fan in 4 positions are also made of galvanized sheet metal (not included).
Running wheel
is radial, with forward curved blades. The impeller is made of galvanized sheet metal and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
is asynchronous, with short armature, in single-phase design with starting capacitor. Insulation is class F, winding e equipped with thermal overtemperature protection. Grease-filled ball bearings for life. IP44 protection. Version on request IP20 (open motors) or IP55 (special kitchen version).
Speed control
VR fans with regulation characteristics (see characteristics for different voltages) are suitable for regulation by changing the voltage. Three-phase motors are regulated by frequency converters.
Clamps
is mounted on the fan housing. The capacitor in a single phase motor is also mounted on the fan housing.
Mounting
Fan in every position of the fan axis, preferably horizontal mounting with regard to bearing life. The mounting brackets allow 4 basic fan mounting positions, rotated 90° to each other.
Instructions
Fans are particularly suitable for the construction of air conditioning and ventilation units, door and door screens or other air handling applications. Please enquire about special designs, delivery terms and delivery dates.
