Cabinet
is of frame construction with 25 mm thick sandwich side panels, which are attached to the cabinet frame with self-tapping screws. The sandwich panels consist of external and internal galvanised sheet metal, with a sound-insulating mineral wool filling inside. The individual panels can be removed. The fan is mounted in the enclosure on sprung profiles to reduce vibration transmission. There are circular necks on the cabinet with single-edge seals. There is a steel mounting frame under the cabinet. The individual panels are interchangeable with the discharge panel. The cabinet is pressurized when the fan is operating.
Running wheel
is radial with backward curved blades, it is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor
CVAB fan motors are 1-phase for 230 V, CVAT motors are 3-phase for 230/400 V or 3-phase for 400 V. The motors are equipped with thermal protection. Sealed maintenance-free ball bearings with grease packing for life. IP55 protection, class F insulation, operating temperature -40 to +60 ˚C.
Speed control
by voltage change (CVAB) or frequency converters (CVAT).
Clamp-on power supply
is located on the casing, on CVAT 710 and 800 on the motor.
Mounting
is carried out only in the position shown on the dimensional sketch with the motor axis horizontal. The location of the discharge throat can be changed during installation by interchanging the throat panel with either side or top full panel.
Instructions
The fans are suitable for air handling applications where the low noise level of the fan is advantageous, especially for ventilation of restaurants, industrial kitchens, sports halls, hospitals, warehouses and swimming pools.
