Product description
Cabinet

is welded from steel sheet, with flanges to the circular pipe, coated with protective paint in grey colour. Operating temperature is - 40 to +40 °C. The engine lies in the air stream.

Running wheel

is made of Al alloy coated with red protective paint. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller blade angle adjustment is fixed.

Motor

is asynchronous with short armature. Motor insulation is class F, motor protection is IP55. Grease-filled ball bearings for life.

Screwdriver

is located on the motor. IP55 protection.

Speed control

not possible.

Flow direction

is from the impeller to the motor.

Noise

emitted by the fan is given in the table, the measurement is made at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (but at least 1.5 m) on the intake side.

Mounting

fan in each position of the engine axis, preferably with the engine axis horizontal. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the pipework.

Instructions

Fans are suitable for piping systems in industrial applications with high pressure drop.
