- The shock absorber shell is made of galvanized sheet metal, with or without SCZO core
- the flanges of the silencer are identical to the dimensions of the THGT fan flanges
- it allows to achieve significant noise attenuation
- it can be installed very easily
- it can be connected multiple silencers together to achieve extremely good noise attenuation
- the pressure drop of the silencer is assumed to be 2 times the pressure drop of a smooth duct
- larger and atypical diameters should be discussed with the manufacturer
