Main features:
- inline duct fans for air exhaust
- exhaust ventilation for sanitary facilities
- no heat recovery
- suitable for the renovation of sanitary facilities with a more complex layout
Basic system components:
- inline duct fans
- air ducts
- extract air valves
In this exhaust system, contaminated air is extracted from the sanitary facilities by inline duct fans installed within the ductwork. Depending on the size and layout of the building, multiple fans are typically used to provide air extraction from different areas. The system does not use heat recovery. Make-up air is supplied indirectly from other ventilated areas of the building. It enters the sanitary facilities through transfer openings or leakage paths, ensuring continuous air exchange.
